Product Details

-Features, Functions & Warranty Period

1. Flip-up Visor: Can be pushed up to the forehead position for quick "flip-up" operation; features multiple intermediate stop positions during movement.

2. Warranty Period: Two years.


-Materials and Craftsmanship

1. Shell Material: Imported high-impact-resistant ABS, injection-molded. Shell thickness: 3.8 mm.

2. Visor Material: PC (polycarbonate), injection-molded, surface-hardened. Lens thickness: 2.2 mm.

3. Helmet Color Options: Traffic police ceramic white, special police matte black, public security navy blue.

4. Exterior Marking Material: Silver-white and blue reflective film.

5. Buffer Layer: Effectively absorbs impact energy. Materials are non-hazardous, non-toxic to the human body, and certified antibacterial.


-Face Shield Visual & Performance

1. Outer Visor Visible Light Transmittance: > 85%; Optical Distortion: ≤ 6′ (minutes of arc).

2. Inner Goggle Light Transmittance: 95% (inclusive) to 100% (inclusive).

3. Anti-Fog Performance: The goggle utilizes anti-fog film or anti-fog coating. When tested according to Method 6.5.1.4 of Standard GA295-2001, no fogging shall form on the goggle surface.


-Internal Assembly

1. Internal Lining: 3.2 cm thick foam buffer layer, with well-designed intake and exhaust vents integrated into the foam. The part in contact with the head consists of removable, washable sweat-absorbent mesh and other breathable materials.

2. Ear Cushions: Soft and comfortable, designed for detachment and washing as needed.

3. Retention System: Provides secure and comfortable fit with easy release. The chin strap can withstand a tensile force of 900 N with an elongation not exceeding 25 mm. The buckle adopts a quick-release cord mechanism design, offering high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, rustproof properties, secure connection, and easy disengagement.


-Helmet Impact Absorption Performance

1. High-Temperature Impact Absorption Performance: After preconditioning at high temperature (50°C ± 2°C for 4 hours), the helmet is mounted on the corresponding headform, raised to a height of 1835 mm ± 5 mm, and allowed to fall freely onto a circular flat anvil at two arbitrarily selected points (spaced at least 120 mm apart), one impact per point. The peak acceleration shall be < 300 g, and no cracking shall occur on the helmet shell.

2. Low-Temperature Impact Absorption Test: After preconditioning at low temperature (-20°C ± 2°C for 4 hours), the helmet is mounted on the corresponding headform, raised to a height of 1835 mm ± 5 mm, and allowed to fall freely onto a circular flat anvil at two arbitrarily selected points (spaced at least 120 mm apart), one impact per point. The peak acceleration shall be < 300 g, and no cracking shall occur on the helmet shell.

3. Rain Exposure Impact Absorption Test: After preconditioning under rain spray (water spray rate: 15 L/min for 1 hour), the helmet is mounted on the corresponding headform, raised to a height of 1835 mm ± 5 mm, and allowed to fall freely onto a circular flat anvil at two arbitrarily selected points (spaced at least 120 mm apart), one impact per point. The peak acceleration shall be < 300 g, and no cracking shall occur on the helmet shell.


-Helmet Penetration Resistance Test

A 3 kg steel cone is dropped freely from a height of 3000 mm ± 5 mm. The test is conducted twice, with the impact points spaced at least 75 mm apart. The steel cone must not penetrate the helmet to make contact with the headform.
