-Features, Functions, and Warranty Period:

1. The helmet has a dynamic ventilation function, with adjustable air intake and exhaust ports that can generate a constant and slight airflow, helping to keep the rider cool and comfortable;

2. Rainproof edge design effectively prevents rainwater from sliding from the lens to the inside of the helmet on rainy days;

3. Double lens design with built-in anti glare inner lens;

4. Warranty period: Two years.

-Materials and processes:

1. Shell material: imported high impact ABS injection molding, shell thickness of 3.5mm; 

2. Face mask material: PC injection molding, surface hardening treatment, lens thickness of 2mm;

3. Appearance marking material: silver white and blue reflective film;

4. Buffer layer: can absorb more collision energy, the material is harmless and non-toxic to the human body, and has passed antibacterial certification.

-Mirror vision and performance:

1. Visible light transmittance of the outer cover ≥ 85%, light distortion: ≤ 6 ';

2. Light transmittance of internal goggles: 95% (inclusive) -100% (inclusive);

3. Anti fog stickers or anti fog coatings should be used for goggles to prevent fogging. The goggles should be tested according to the method specified in 6.5.1.4 of GA295-2001 standard, and the surface should not be fogged.

-Internal device:

1. Internal buffer storage: 3.2cm thick foam buffer layer, foam has good air inlet and outlet respectively. The contact part with the head is made of detachable high-quality elastic fabric, comfortable lining, washable sweat absorbing mesh fabric and other breathable materials, which keep warm in winter and cool and breathable in summer;

2. Ear protection: Soft and comfortable, can be disassembled and washed as needed;

3. Wearing System: Double layer 22MM wide nylon chin strap, with a quick release rope structure design for the strap buckle, strong tensile strength, corrosion resistance, rust resistance, firm connection, and easy release; After wearing, apply a 2 KN stretch, the buckle is not broken or loose, and can continue to be used.

-Helmet energy absorption performance:

1. High temperature collision energy absorption performance: After high-temperature (50 ℃+2 ℃, 4h) pretreatment, the helmet is worn on the corresponding head shape, raised to 1835mm+5mm, and randomly selected at 2 locations with a spacing of not less than 120mm. The circular flat anvil can be freely dropped once in all directions. The peak acceleration is less than 300g, and there are no cracks in the helmet shell;

2. Low temperature absorption collision energy test: After low-temperature (-20 ℃+2 ℃, 4h) pretreatment, the helmet is worn on the corresponding head shape, raised to 1835mm+5mm at any two locations, with a spacing of not less than 120mm, and freely dropped once on a circular flat anvil in all directions. The peak acceleration is less than 300g, and there are no cracks in the helmet shell;

3. Rain shower absorption collision energy test: After pre-treatment with rain shower (water spray rate of 15L/min, 1h), the helmet is worn on the corresponding head shape, raised to 1835mm+5mm, selected at 2 locations with a spacing of not less than 120mm, and freely dropped once on a circular flat anvil in all directions. The peak acceleration is less than 300g, and there are no cracks in the head shell.

-Helmet penetration resistance test:

A steel cone with a mass of 3kg was dropped freely from 3000mm+5mm, tested twice with a spacing of not less than 75mm, and the steel cone did not penetrate the helmet and make contact with the head shape.
